Find your words

Begin with what happened, how it felt and one request.

Choose one concrete event without assigning motives.
A feeling, a concern or “I'm not sure yet” is enough.
Make the request specific enough for the other person to understand.

Make room for the conversation

Consider their answer, a suitable setting and a way to pause.

Leave space for an answer you have not predicted.
Consider whether direct conversation is appropriate and feels safe.
Prepare a simple way to stop and choose what support or next step would help.

Keep only what is useful. There is nothing to submit.

You can revise the words, leave them unsaid or seek support before deciding how to proceed.

This worksheet is a communication aid, not a relationship assessment or mental-health diagnosis.

Direct conversation is not always appropriate. If you are afraid of someone's response, prioritize your safety and seek suitable support rather than using this as a confrontation script.
